Building a brand from zero in the highly regulated insurtech space requires both disruptive vision and rigorous execution. Joining Buckle as its first full-time employee, I architected the end-to-end brand identity, product UX, and go-to-market strategy — while navigating the unique marketing constraints of the insurance industry.
This cohesive ecosystem positioned Buckle as a leader in gig-economy financial services and directly contributed to the company securing $91 million in Series A and B funding. We were also one of only a few partners to obtain direct API access from Lyft, establishing the brand inside the Lyft Hub at scale.
